5K Run/Walk
The 5k run walk will tour many of downtown Greensboro’s historic
landmarks. This event is open to all ages able to run or walk 3.1
miles
Fees
$20 - 5k Run Walk
$25 - 5k Run Walk After 8/01
Late Registration
Race day registration will end 30 minutes prior to each event.
Participants registering after 8/20 are not guaranteed race t-shirt.

Top masters male/female
Top M/F and Masters along with Age Group winners will all receive
distinctive awards.

50-54,55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+
$500 in prize money & gift certificates to first 3 overall

Retro Runners
Lace up your running shoes and throw on your disco pants because we
are going old-school. We want to encourage your inner disco king and
queen and reward the most groovy runners with free shoes. The
best ‘70s costumes will win free Brooks running shoes from OFF’N
RUNNING.
Chip Timing/Results
This race will utilize chip timing. You will pick up your timing
chip on race day. You must wear your timing chip on your ankle to
receive a finishing time. No chip mean no time. Results will be
posted immediately after the race and on this website on race day.
Location
The race will start/finish near the intersection of Greene Street and
Smothers in downtown Greensboro.

Fastest Kid In Town
A race designed for kids age 1-12. Heats will be based on
age and gender with each age running a progressively longer course.
The night will conclude with a run-off to determine the Fastest Kid
